Before you download
Does it need my broker login or price data?+
No. BarClock calculates candle boundaries from the clock. The core timer needs no broker login, account, API key or price feed. It uploads no alert settings.
Will alerts fire with the screen off?+
Yes. BarClock uses the Android notification channel for alerts while your phone is locked and the screen is off. Keep-screen-awake mode can also turn your phone into a desk countdown.
Does the daily / H4 close match my broker?+
Set your broker's GMT offset once and H4 and D1 anchor to your broker day, so the daily close lands exactly where your charts draw it.
What is included for free?+
Free includes one timeframe, one alert per candle, the core sounds and two themes. It requires no card. Pro adds every timeframe, two alerts per candle, voice countdown, custom vibration and imported sounds.
Can I use BarClock with forex, crypto or index charts?+
Yes, when your chart uses M1, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4 or D1 candle boundaries. Set the broker GMT offset for H4 and D1. BarClock reads the clock, so it does not need your market or price feed.
iPhone or Android?+
Both. Available now on Google Play; the iOS build is on its way to the App Store, with the same engine and privacy model.
Does it give trading advice?+
No. BarClock gives timing alerts. It holds no positions, accesses no market data and gives no trading advice.
How does billing work?+
Monthly Pro costs $4.99 and can be cancelled at any time. Yearly Pro costs $29.99 and includes a 7-day free trial for new customers. Google Play renews subscriptions unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Lifetime is a one-time $49.99 Founder launch price; the planned regular price is $59.99. Google Play may convert USD prices for your country.

BarClock is built privacy‑first. The short version: we don't want your data, and the app doesn't need it.
What we collect
Nothing that identifies you. There is no account system, no login and no sign‑up. The countdown runs entirely on your device using the clock — no market data, no price feed, no network call required for the core app.
Data leaving your device
Your alert configuration, themes and settings are stored locally and are not uploaded. We cannot see your timeframes, offsets or when you use the app.
Purchases
Pro and Lifetime are processed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store) under its own privacy policy. We receive only the anonymised entitlement status needed to unlock Pro.
Diagnostics
If you opt in, the store may share anonymised crash diagnostics containing no personal or trading information. Disable it in device settings any time.

BarClock ("the app") is a timing utility that counts down to candle closes and delivers configurable alerts, provided by Ruvik Group LLC. By using the app you agree to these terms.
2. Not financial advice
BarClock is a timing tool only. It gives no trading, investment or financial advice, holds no positions, and accesses no market or price data. Trading decisions are your own responsibility and carry risk of loss.
3. Subscriptions & payment
Monthly Pro costs $4.99. Yearly Pro costs $29.99 and includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new customers. Lifetime costs $49.99 during the Founder launch period. Subscriptions are charged to your store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. The yearly trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled first. Store prices may vary by country after currency conversion.
4. Acceptable use
Provided "as is" without warranty. We don't guarantee alerts under all device conditions (for example if the OS restricts notifications or kills the app).
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruvik Group LLC is not liable for trading losses, missed alerts, or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
